KNS International reserves the right to change prices and specifications without notice. We aim to notify our customers of any changes when this may occur. All prices include GST.

There are no minimum orders required for any of our products. Products can be ordered individually or in carton quantities. There are discounts available for ordering in larger quantities this can be arranged by our local representative or head office.

Orders over and above $250 will be delivered free into store – NO CHARGE. For country areas this may not apply, if unsure please check at head office. Orders that do not reach $250 will incur a freight cost, which will be added to the invoice.

Credit claims can be processed and approved only if the goods have been returned to and verified by our representatives or head office. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and receipt of goods. All goods must be intact and returned in the manner head office requests.

Acceptable payment is strictly cash, cheque, Bankcard, Visa, or MasterCard for initial orders. Direct Debit is also acceptable, however our office must be notified. Subsequent orders are invoiced 7 days nett with the same acceptable payment options. 30 day nett accounts can be implemented upon the approval of a successful credit application.

All goods remain the property of KNS International until the amount invoiced is paid in full.

Customers with overdue accounts will not be delivered any further orders until their account is up to date.
